Guests must present their own credit or debit card along with photographic identification on arrival. All accounts are payable on arrival by cash, credit card or travellers cheque in Pounds Sterling. Please note that The Cardiff Hotel does not accept payment via credit/debit cards belongings to a third party. When making a booking Visa, Mastercard or Maestro card number is taken as a guarantee of arrival. This will not be charged in advance. In the event of a no show your card will be charged for one night. In the event of a cancellation or postponement where more than 48 hours notice is given no charge is made, where less than 48 hours notice is given a one night charge is made.
All cancellations are required in writing. All room rates shown are nett of any agents commission.
For little guests: Cots are available free of charge, suitable up to 2 years of age. Please request when booking. Highchairs available in the breakfast room.
